Turn an email into a quote, order or task with NEO
Run the actions NEO recommends on an email, such as «Generate quote» or «Create task», or let it write and polish your reply.

Uses the account's . NEO acts with your permissions: it can't create a quote if you can't.
An email asking for a quote is the start of a job. Instead of copying the client's details into a new quote by hand, you can ask to do it from the email, and check its work before anything is saved.
The NEO suggests appear as chips above the thread: «Generate quote», «Import order with analysis», «Create task», «Create opportunity», «Record payment» or «Create incident», depending on the email.
Turn the coordinator's email into a quote and a task
The Landmark Venues coordinator asks for three frame tents, 120 Chiavari chairs and 12 round tables for the wedding. NEO recommends «Generate quote» and «Create task». Let's run both.
- Open the email In «Emails», open the thread. NEO's bar is above it.
- Check the actions you want Tick «Generate quote» and «Create task».
- Run them Click «Run 2 actions». To launch just one without losing your selection, use «Run now» on it.
- Review NEO's plan A NEO conversation opens, tied to this email. NEO explains what it's going to create.
- Confirm Check the proposal and confirm it. Nothing is created until you do.
When NEO recommends a single action, clicking the chip launches it straight away. How to confirm, change or undo what NEO proposes is in Confirm or dismiss a change NEO proposes.
What happens next
- Each email thread has one NEO conversation. Next time you open the thread, the bar shows «Continue conversation» instead of the chips.
- When the client replies to the thread, or someone replies from Filmo, the NEO conversation gets a note about it.
- The quote, task or opportunity NEO created is a normal record: open it from its module like any other.
Other ways to do it
Ask NEO for something else
If the action you need isn't among the chips, click «Other action…». A chat with NEO about this email opens, and you ask in your own words, for example “check whether we have three large tents free that weekend”.
Write a reply with NEO
NEO can also write the reply, or polish yours.
- Ask for a draft In the quick reply box, click «Suggest reply».
- Read it The draft arrives in the NEO chat as «AI-drafted reply».
- Use it Click «Add to composer». If NEO also prepared a document, such as the quote, «Add to composer with attachment» adds it as well.
To rewrite what's in the reply box, open «Modify…» and pick a style. While it works, you see «NEO is rewriting…».
