Overview
Connect Claude to Filmo through MCP and ask about availability, orders, contacts or your schedule without leaving the conversation. Answers come from your live account, and Claude only sees and does what you allow when you connect it.
Ask who is free for Saturday's set-up and which van you have, which open repairs put next week's jobs at risk, or have Claude create the order for a client while you talk it through. Claude uses Filmo's API tools within the permissions you grant, and you see each one it calls.

Configure

In Filmo, open Settings › API & MCP › AI assistants and copy your server URL. Only admins see this screen.

Add Filmo as a connector in your assistant and enter that URL.

The assistant brings you back to Filmo: pick the account and tick only the permissions it needs.
Good to know
- The assistant can only do what you allowed when you connected it, and the tools that delete or cancel records are flagged to it as destructive.
