Account data settings
Your account's name, organization type, currency, logo and brand colors, time zone and date formats, in Settings → Company → Account data.
Account administrators: the «Owner», «Super administrator» and «Administrator» roles.
The tab is how your account presents itself and behaves: its name, the kind of business it is, the currency it works in, its logo and colors, and how dates, times and units are shown. Legal and tax details are on the other tab, .
Where to find it
Go to «Settings → Company → Account data». Each block has its own «Edit» and «Save».

The is what you give when an account has to be linked to an organization. To change the currency, read Account currency settings first: changing it doesn't convert any amount.
Add your logo and brand colors
- Open the branding block In «Account data», click «Edit» on the block with «Logo».
- Upload the logo Add your «Logo» and, if you want, a «Brand image».
- Pick the colors Choose the «Brand color» and the «Emphasis color».
- Save Click «Save».
Your logo then appears in the email template editor, in reports and in the header of the , unless the portal has a logo of its own. On quotes, invoices and other PDFs, Filmo prints the logo of the document template; a template without a logo prints the account's. Campus accounts also send the colors to the students' app.
Change the time zone, date format and units
The «Date and formats» block sets how dates, times and units look for everyone in the account, and the time zone that lists such as orders use.

«Preview» shows a date and a time in the chosen format before you save. When an account is created, Filmo takes these values from the browser of the person who opens it or, failing that, from the . Without either, it starts with the Europe/Madrid time zone, 24 hours, day/month/year, Monday and metric units.
Change your organization type
The is chosen from a list grouped by sector: «Equipment rental», «Live events», «Media and broadcasting», «Education» and «Internal productions». Pick the one closest to your business.
- If the new type changes the account's main type, Filmo asks you to confirm in «Confirm account type change»: features of the previous type may stop being available, and the menu changes.
- An education type turns the account into a , with academic management and a mobile app for students. From then on, «Public information of the campus» asks for an acronym and a description before it saves. See How Campus works.
Good to know
- The business address has no country field. The country that decides your taxes is the fiscal country, in «Company data».
- If the account belongs to an organization, this tab shows its name and «Manage organization». If not, «Create organization» starts a conversation with our team. See Create an organization.

- There's no language or business hours setting here. Each person's language is part of their own profile.
Frequently asked questions
Not yet. «Close your account» shows a «Close account...» button, but it doesn't close anything. To stop paying, cancel your subscription (see Your subscription); for anything else, contact support.
