Anyone who is signed in can send feedback from the app.
Screen and button names are given in English as a guide. The first time, the name shown in the Spanish app is in brackets.
The quickest way to reach the Filmo team depends on whether you are signed in and on what you need. The more detail you give, the faster the answer.
Talk to the Filmo team
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead, and the team will get back to you.
If you are signed in
- Open your user menu in the sidebar and choose «Enviar comentarios» (send feedback). You can also find it in the quick actions, in the help group («Ayuda»).
- Choose a topic. Bug report («Reporte de bug»), feature request («Petición de funcionalidad»), improvement («Mejora»), question («Pregunta»), compliment («Felicitación») or other («Otro»).
- Describe what happened or what you need. Say where you were in the app and what you expected to see.
- Choose «Enviar» (send). Your message reaches the Filmo team together with your name and the account you were using.
What to include
The page you were on, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. If an integration or an assistant fails, add the name of the key or connection and, if you have it, the request id that appears in the error (requestId), with the approximate time.
Plans, organizations and sales questions
For a plan that fits your business, an organization with several accounts or anything about contracting, use the contact sales button («Contactar con ventas») on the plan and billing page, or the «Talk to sales» form on filmo.io. Requests for an organization are answered within one business day. To set one up, see Create an organization.

Frequently asked questions
The feedback form takes text only. Describe the screen as precisely as you can; if the team needs an image, they will ask for it.
