Create an organization
Ask for an organization from Account data: the Filmo team activates it, your account becomes the primary one and you its super admin.
The Owner, a Super administrator or an Administrator of the account.
The account must be active, not in its free trial.
An isn't something you switch on yourself: the Filmo team activates it with you. You ask for it from the account that will lead the group, usually the one where your business started. For the Landmark Venues business, that's Madrid.
Before you start
- The account you ask from becomes the : it holds the plan and pays for the whole organization. You can't choose another one later.
- An account can belong to only one organization, and one that's already in an organization can't start another.
- If the account is still in its free trial, you'll need to activate it first.
Ask for the organization
- Open the account data In «Settings», go to «Company» → «Account data».
- Find the organizations block Scroll to «Organizations» and click «Create organization».
- Fill in the form Enter your name, contact email, phone, company and role. The message already says you want to activate an organization; add how your accounts are structured.
- Send it The form tells you the Filmo team will get back to you in less than one business day.
Nothing changes in your account while you wait. The Filmo team sets up the organization with you.
What happens next
- Your account becomes the primary account, with the «Primary» badge.
- You become the .
- The «Organizations» block now shows «Manage organization», and «Organization» appears in «Settings» and in the account switcher.
- Add the other accounts: see Add an account to your organization.
- Give your team access: see Give someone access to several accounts.
If your account is in its free trial
«Create organization» still opens the form, but it says you need an active account. Send it anyway: the Filmo team activates the account and the organization with you. To activate the plan yourself first, see Your subscription.
