Account currency settings
Set the currency Filmo stores and calculates every amount in, and whether amounts show a symbol or a code. Set it before you start pricing.
Account administrators: the «Super administrator» and «Administrator» roles, and the account owner.
Your account works in one currency. Every price, order, total and profitability figure in Filmo is stored and calculated in your . Set it before you start pricing.
Where to find it
Go to «Settings → Company → Account data».

Good to know
- Changing the currency doesn't convert any amount. Prices, orders and totals keep their numbers and show the new currency, and documents already saved keep the currency they were saved with. Choose it before you start.
- The order has no currency of its own: it always works in the account currency.
- To show a quote or invoice to a client in another currency, choose it on the document. See Issue a quote or invoice in another currency.
- A contact can have a preferred currency on its record. Documents for that client start in it.
