Follow equipment, subrentals and incidents across a project
The project's tabs gather the lines, subrentals, incidents and services of all its orders, with an alias to tell each order apart.
Anyone with the «Projects» permission. In view mode you can open projects but not change them.
«Subrentals» needs the «Purchasing module» add-on, and «Lost and damaged» needs «Incident and repair management». don't see «Orders» or «Material, staff & transport».
On the day before the wedding, the coordinator doesn't want to open the ceremony and the rehearsal dinner one by one. They want one list of everything going to the venue, what's rented in, what came back damaged and who's driving. The project's tabs bring the orders together for that.

The orders of the project
The «Orders» tab has the same filters as the orders list and a search by number. To tell the orders apart, give each an : click the «Order alias» cell and type, for example, “Ceremony” and “Rehearsal dinner”. The alias also names the order's row in «Finances».
Equipment, staff and transport
«Material, staff & transport» lists every line of every order, so you can check at a glance that the three large tents, the 120 chairs and the 12 tables are all there, with the status of each line.
Subrentals and incidents
- «Subrentals» lists every of the project's orders, such as the third tent you rented from another supplier. See Subrent missing equipment.
- «Lost and damaged» lists the project's , such as a chair that came back broken. See Follow up an incident.
Staff and vehicles
«Planner» shows the services of all the project's orders and its internal services, such as the setup crew and the truck, to assign staff and vehicles. See The planner screen and Create an internal service.
Good to know
- Canceled orders don't count in the project's price or in its finances.
- In an organization with several accounts, the project's finances also add up the orders of the child accounts of the account you're in.
- The «Order alias» cell can be edited even without edit mode or on an archived project, so change it with care.
