How the Web builder works
The Web builder add-on publishes your website and your booking portal, each on its own domain, from Filmo.
The is a paid add-on, billed per user, with a 30-day free trial. Anyone in an account that has it can edit, publish and deactivate the site: no other permission is checked.
A rental company needs two things online: a site that tells people who you are, and a place where they can pick equipment and dates without calling. Usually that means a web agency, a shop plugin and someone copying orders into your system by hand.
The does both from Filmo. Your account has one site with a shared look and two parts: a «Website» to present your company and a with your catalog. A request sent from the catalog arrives in «Orders» as a draft, with prices already calculated, so a wedding planner could choose 120 Chiavari chairs and 12 round tables for a date and you'd only have to review and reserve it.

Each part has its own status and domain: you can publish the catalog on one address and the website on another, or have only one of them.
Statuses

| «Active» | Published on its domain and visible to anyone |
| «Inactive» | Deactivated: no longer visible, and its domain is free for any other account |
| «Private» | On the booking portal: only clients with a portal account can enter |
Good to know
- When you save a page that's already published, the change is live at once. A new page appears only after you publish again with «Update».
- A never reserves equipment. It arrives as a draft, and your team reserves it.
- Anyone in your account with the add-on can publish, change or deactivate the site.
- There's no Web builder in NEO, the API or the mobile app: you build the site in the browser.
