Good to know

Warning: The waiting period after a rejection isn't applied today. After you reject or expel someone, they can request access again right away, even with «Allow retries after rejection» off. If that happens, reject the new request.

Note: If «Require subject selection» has never been saved, the screen shows it on, but the app treats it as off. Click «Edit» and «Save» once to apply it.

  • With on, each approved person gets a new contact with their name, email, role, degree and subjects. Turn it off if you'd rather link people to contacts you already have.
  • Turning off «Enable Mobile App» stops new sign-ups only. To remove someone's access, expel them; see Approve or reject Campus access requests.
  • If you change the code, people typing the old one see “Código de acceso inválido o expirado” (in Spanish).
