Every team member. You only see results from the modules your role can view.

You remember the client's name, but not whether it was an order, a project or a contact. Instead of opening each list in turn, search them all at once.

The in the top bar looks through your items, kits, orders, contacts, spaces, projects, services, vehicles and staff, and through Filmo's own screens. It forgives typos and highlights what matched.

Note: Quotes, invoices and the other documents, purchases, payments and tasks aren't in the global search. Search for them in their own list.

When search doesn't find it

«No results found» doesn't always mean the record doesn't exist. This can happen if:

  • It's a type of record the search doesn't cover, such as an invoice or a quote. Search in its list.
  • Your role can't view that module. Ask an administrator; see Roles and permissions.
  • The search hasn't caught up with a change. It keeps its own copy of your records, updated after each save, and now and then an update doesn't get through: the record is saved correctly, but the search shows it with old data or not at all. Find it in the module's list.
  • The search service didn't respond. The search can then show no results at all. Try again in a moment.
  • The words are inside a document, a message, a note or a file. The search doesn't look inside their content.

Warning: In search results, a project's revenue, costs and profit always show as zero. Open the project to see its real figures.
