CRM pipelines and stages

In «Settings» → «Others» → «CRM pipelines», administrators create pipelines, choose the default one and set up each stage's type, probability and aging.

A is the path your sales follow, and its stages are the columns of the board. Most teams start with the «Sales» pipeline Filmo creates for them; add more when you sell in different ways, such as events and long-term rentals.

Where to find it

Go to «Settings» → «Others» → «CRM pipelines». From the board, «⋯» → «Configuration» takes you to «Settings» → «Others».

The pipelines list

Column	What it shows
«Name»	The pipeline's name.
«Opportunities»	How many opportunities it has.
«Total value»	The sum of their values.
«Stages»	How many stages it has.
«Status»	«Default» or «Archived».

Pipeline options

«New pipeline» creates one; the pencil opens «Edit pipeline».

«Identifier»	An internal code of lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. It can't be changed after creating the pipeline.	Filled in from the name

The option decides where the board opens. A new pipeline starts with two stages: «New», open, the , at 10 %, and «Won», at 100 %.

A new pipeline has no lost stage

Add a stage of type «Lost» before you use it, or opportunities in it can't be lost.

The default «Sales» pipeline

If the account has no pipeline, Filmo creates «Sales» the first time someone opens the CRM, with the names in that person's language:

Opportunities created without a pipeline go to «Sales»

When an opportunity is created without saying which pipeline, from «Emails», an email label without a pipeline, NEO, a workflow or the API, it goes to «Sales» whenever it exists, even if another pipeline is marked as default or «Sales» is archived. Choose the pipeline in the label or the automation.

Archive a pipeline

Click «Archive» and confirm in «Archive this pipeline?». You can only archive a pipeline with no open opportunities. It disappears from the board and from «New opportunity».

You can't restore an archived pipeline yourself

The confirmation says you can restore it later, but the list doesn't offer to unarchive or edit it. If you need it back, contact Filmo support. There's no button to delete a pipeline either.

Pipeline stages

Open a pipeline to see its stages, with «Stage», «Type», «Probability» and . «New stage» adds one, «Edit stage» changes it, and «Reorder» lets you drag them into the order of the board's columns.

The «Sales» pipeline with its «Default» badge and «Edit pipeline», and «STAGES (6)» with the reorder button and «New stage»: Lead («Entry»), Contacted, Proposal Sent and Negotiation are «Open» at 10, 25, 50 and 75% with an aging of 14, 14, 10 and 14 days; Won is «Won» at 100% and Lost is «Lost» at 0%.

The «Aging (days)» of a stage only colors the card. Changing the probability recalculates the of every opportunity in the stage that doesn't have its own.

You can delete a stage only if it isn't the entry stage and has no opportunities, open or closed. The confirmation says they'll become unassigned, but Filmo refuses while there are any: move them first.
A pipeline needs at least one open stage when it's created.

Warning: Changing the type of a stage that has opportunities doesn't change their status: a stage that goes from open to won keeps «Open» opportunities inside it. Empty the stage first, then change its type.

If you see an error
