How the free trial works
Fourteen days with every module open and no card: what the trial includes, what happens when it ends and what to do before you subscribe.
Every account you sign up for yourself. Accounts Filmo creates for you start without a trial, unless they're created with sample data.
Before you move a whole business onto new software, you want to try it with something real: quote a wedding, reserve the tents, see the delivery. The trial lets you do that without paying or giving a card.
Your lasts 14 days from sign-up. During that time every paid module is open, as if you'd subscribed to all of them, so you can test the full Filmo and then pay only for what you use.
What the trial includes

The 2,000 trial credits are : they disappear when the month closes, and when you subscribe they're replaced by the credits included per user. If loading the sample data failed, «AI usage» shows «You do not have credits assigned yet».
When the trial ends
On day 14, if you haven't subscribed, the whole app is replaced by «Your free trial has ended». From there you subscribe, extend the trial once by 7 days, talk to sales or switch to another account. See "Your free trial has ended": what to do.
Good to know
- Invitations are free now but not later: when you subscribe, members and pending invitations become paid users. Cancel the ones you don't need first.
- If you subscribe before day 14, the trial ends at that moment and the badge disappears.
- After subscribing, Filmo offers to remove the sample data; it never does it on its own. To do it later, see Reset account data and start from scratch.
- Accounts that don't subscribe get reminder emails, and their data is deleted 30 days after the trial ends.
