Your email and calendar, inside Filmo

Connect a personal mailbox to read and reply in Filmo. When you send a quote from its document page, your connected email opens with the PDF attached and the message remains in your sent folder. Each person connects their own account; an administrator cannot use or manage a teammate's mailbox.

The email and calendar cards have separate connections. Gmail and Google Calendar are available in the current help; iCloud Mail is in beta and connects email only. Outlook availability depends on its card, and Outlook Calendar is marked Coming soon. Connecting an email account does not connect its calendar.

Google Calendar receives the tasks and internal services assigned to you through your linked staff record, including assigned delivery and return tasks. Other calendars are imported only when you select them. An order or project is not itself a calendar event, so the connection does not copy your whole operation.

The guides and recordings below describe Filmo today. Screens and available options may have changed since this update.

With the Email and calendar linking add-on, open Settings → Integrations and follow Connect your email. Check the provider's current availability before authorizing. Initial email sync covers the last 30 days, up to 2,000 messages; it is not an import of your entire mailbox history.

For Google Calendar, first link your Filmo user to your staff record and follow Connect Google Calendar. Review What syncs with Google Calendar before relying on it: planner assignments and cancellations have documented gaps, so check the external calendar after those changes.
