Bring your Neo conversations onto the phone: ask for help by text or voice and keep the work ready to review when you return to your desk.
Keep the question close to the job
Link to this section: Keep the question close to the jobFilmo Mobile brings Neo onto iOS and Android so a question doesn't have to wait until you're back at a computer. Give it the client, order and dates by text or voice, then check its answer against the situation in front of you. Your account and permissions still determine the information Neo can use.
Prepare the next step while it is fresh

Include the order and the proposed time, then review what it understood. A prepared reply, a proposed change and a completed action are different stages; read the result before treating the work as done.
Continue with the right screen

When a proposal needs a document editor or a fuller review, continue in Filmo on the web or desktop and complete it there. The phone is a companion for keeping work moving, while each action still follows its own review and saving steps.
Use it today
Link to this section: Use it todayThe guides and recordings below describe Filmo today. Screens and available options may have changed since this update.
For clear requests, use the Neo conversation guide and the voice guide. Name the record and desired result, then check the reply. These guides show the current web interface and the shared Neo model; they are not a tour of every native mobile control.
Before finishing on a larger screen, read how to review a Neo proposal. Check the record and fields, apply a supported change or open its editor, and verify the result. A document opened in an editor does not exist until you save it.
