Who this guide is for
Production, warehouse and transport coordinators.
A case, step by step
EV-204 is reserved for Thursday. A Wednesday preparation review finds two adapters awaiting supplier confirmation. Keep an owned blocker open until resolved.
Fictional example for working through the process; not a customer result.
What to do in each situation
- Equipment and site access confirmed.
- Mark ready and retain the checked loading list.
- An accessory or supplier confirmation is missing.
- Assign a resolution and deadline; do not mark the whole order ready.
- The time changes or the order is cancelled.
- Update the brief, notify preparation staff and review affected reservations.
- Returned equipment does not match the list.
- Separate counting, incident review and availability before the next job.

A message you can adapt
Brief [date]: [order] departs at [time]. Blocker: [issue]. Owner: [person]. Resolve by [deadline]. Packing list and access: [link].
Replace the fields and check the facts before using it. This page does not send messages.
How to tell if it is working
- Orders ready before loading
- Orders with a completed checklist before loading / departing orders.
- Unowned blockers
- Count of open blockers without an owner when the brief is closed.
These measure your process; they are not guaranteed improvements from using the template.
From procedure to your Filmo workflow
The guide above is a working method for your team. The catalog describes the intended automation, but Filmo's help lists Workflows as coming soon. Check access in your account before planning activation; downloading the guide does not activate the workflow or carry out the decisions in the procedure.
- Start
- An event occurs
- Scope of this template
- Create a calendar slot from actual order dates, a preparation task and a warehouse notification.
- Before activation
- Configure recipients, connections, conditions and permissions. Try one case that should act and one that should stop. Review results before enabling sends or document changes.
Does the brief confirm physical availability?
No. Cross-check availability with inventory and the warehouse count. Neo helps prepare the review but does not replace that check.
