Connect any email provider that supports IMAP and bring client requests into Filmo. Neo recommends the next step from the email: prepare a quote, create a sales opportunity or draft a reply for you to review.
How it works
Move a request forward
Choose a recommendation from Neo with the email's context, without copying the request into another tool.
Reply from Filmo
Review the draft and send it from your connected address. SMTP handles outgoing mail with your provider.
Configure

In Filmo, open Integrations and select IMAP.

Enter the mailbox credentials and the IMAP and SMTP settings supplied by your email provider. Some providers require an app-specific password.

Check that you can receive and send a message, then open the mailbox in Smart Inbox.
Good to know
- IMAP connects email. Connect a compatible calendar separately if you also want your schedule in Filmo.
