We connect equipment bookings, crew, projects and commercial operations, with the ambition to become the technology infrastructure this industry runs on. We are a small, technical and hands-on team: decisions are made quickly and your work has a direct impact.
What we're looking for
A Full Stack Engineer to build the product, working closely with product and leadership. Not someone to execute isolated tasks: someone who understands product, technology and business, and can make decisions, prioritize well and build with a long-term view.
The role
Someone with technical judgment, good communication, ambition and a great capacity to learn. Someone able to:
- Build features end to end.
- Think about scalability from the start.
- Take real ownership of what they build.
- Understand the impact of technical decisions on the product and the business.
- Grow with the product and with the team.
What you'll do
- Design and build key modules of the platform, frontend and backend.
- Take part directly in product and technology decisions.
- Make sure what we build today makes sense tomorrow.
- Make technical decisions aligned with the business strategy.
- Execute, learn and keep improving.
What you need
React and TypeScript experience is a must. Next.js and Node.js are a plus. We don't look for someone who knows everything: we look for someone who thinks, learns and executes well.
