[02] Meet the team/ On stand, 11–14 Sep

Come with the difficult questions. Product and engineering are on the stand alongside sales all week, so questions about integrations, migrating your data or how something actually works get an answer there and then — not a note to follow up on later.

[03] What actually changes/ Day-to-day operations

Nobody changes system for a feature list. So here are three things that are simply different week to week, once Filmo is running the operation.

01

You can't promise the same camera twice

Once kit is on a job, it stops showing as free for those dates. If someone adds it to another quote, the clash appears right there on screen — before the client is given a price, instead of on the morning of the shoot.

02

You know what came back before the crew goes home

Kit is scanned back in from a phone, against the job it went out on. Anything missing or broken is logged on the spot, with the client and the job attached — so it can be charged, repaired or chased while everyone still remembers it.

03

You see what a job earned while you can still act on it

Sub-hires, crew hours and extra costs are added to the job as they happen. The profit on it is a number you can look at during the week, not one that shows up a month later when nothing can be changed.

What makes that possible

  • Kit, crew, logistics and invoicing in one place
  • Every unit tracked by serial number, scanned with a phone
  • Sub-hires and cross-hire tracked like your own kit
  • Availability that comes from real bookings, not a spreadsheet
[04] Keep in touch from the show/ No meeting required

Not ready for a meeting? Stay in the loop.

We'll send the occasional note from Filmo — practical guides and templates for rental, AV and broadcast teams, what we're learning from operations like yours, and a look at what we're shipping next.

Occasional, not weekly. One click to unsubscribe, any time.

Let's put time on the calendar.

Book a slot ahead of the show and we'll have a demo ready around your operation — or find us on stand and we'll run it live.
