About your role at Filmo

  • Identify and contact high-potential B2B prospects from the UK through outbound channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and customized multichannel sequences.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identifying business needs, decision-making structure, and readiness to purchase, and pass well-defined opportunities to the Account Executives team.

  • Become a product expert for Filmo, clearly communicating its value to help UK companies improve efficiency in managing audiovisual equipment rentals.

  • Be responsible for tracking activity and data quality in the CRM, reporting key metrics such as contact volume, response rates, qualified calls, and conversion to demos.

  • Collect and share market feedback (objections, competitors, ICP signals, specific pains by vertical) to support market validation and build a repeatable go-to-market strategy.

  • Act as a founding contributor in the UK expansion, helping to define the first playbooks, processes, and best practices for future hires.

About you

  • Native or fluent English proficiency.

  • Over 1 year of experience in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or a tech environment.

  • Confident communicator, with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable making cold calls, conducting discovery conversations, and video meetings.

  • Good knowledge of B2B outbound fundamentals: ICP definition, account research, sequences, objection management, and qualification frameworks.

  • Data-driven mentality, with experience using CRMs and tracking pipeline and conversion metrics.

  • High level of ownership, resilience, and persistence, able to navigate ambiguous environments and stay motivated in an early-stage international expansion.

  • Reside in Barcelona or be willing to relocate.
