About your role at Filmo
Identify and contact high-potential B2B Spanish prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Qualify leads by identifying needs, budget, and decision-making process, and transfer sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executives team.
Act as an expert on the Filmo platform, demonstrating its value to improve inventory management, availability, budgets, and billing in audiovisual sector companies.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messages, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market.
Follow up and report on key metrics (contact volume, response rates, conversion to qualified leads).
Gather market intelligence (competitors' activity, specific challenges by vertical) and translate these insights into product strategy and Go-To-Market.
About you
Essential requirements
Languages: advanced level of English and native Spanish.
At least 1 year of proven experience in a B2B SDR or outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfort conducting video calls and cold calls.
Solid understanding of best practices in B2B prospecting (ICP definition, sequence creation, objection management).
Data-driven mindset: experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, demo generation, conversion rates).
Proactive profile, with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience to thrive in a growing startup environment.
Residence in Barcelona or willingness to relocate to the city.
Valued positively
Background in Sales, Sales Operations, or Customer Success.
Previous experience with rental equipment and/or audiovisual production companies.
Knowledge of other languages (Italian, German, or French) to support prospecting in the EMEA region.
