Filmo starts as a B2B SaaS for the audiovisual industry, but we are building the technological infrastructure on which a market that represents 1.8% of GDP in Spain will be organized and monetized.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work on the product development, very close to the founding team.

We are not looking for someone to execute isolated tasks; we are looking for someone who understands product, technology, and business, and is capable of making decisions, prioritizing well, and building with a long-term vision.

The role

We are looking for a person with technical judgment, good communication skills, ambition, and a strong ability to learn.

Someone capable of:

• Building end-to-end functionalities.

• Thinking about scalability from the start.

• Taking real responsibility for what they develop.

• Understanding the impact of their technical decisions on the product and the business.

• Growing with the product and with the team.

What will you do in your day-to-day work?

• Design and develop key modules of the platform (frontend and backend).

• Collaborate directly on product and technology decisions.

• Ensure that what is built today makes sense tomorrow.

• Make technical decisions aligned with the business strategy.

• Execute, learn, and continuously improve.

Experience in React and Typescript is essential. Ideal candidate should have knowledge of Next.js, node.js.
